And it is that the new tablao is located in the old Café de Chinitas . After more than a year of reforms, the Tablao is now reborn maintaining the stage, with a more minimalist project in which ornamentation is replaced by simplicity.

OPENING MOUTH
You come to the Tablao de la Villa to enjoy yourself, but not only with contemplation. Gastronomy is, never better said, another of its main dishes. In command of the kitchen is chef Alejandro Jaen , with a long history behind him, of which the Corral de la Morería kitchen is part, in which he was head for eight years.
Flamenco being such a deep-rooted Spanish tradition, the cuisine could not be less traditional, nor less Spanish. Dishes such as squid muffin with aioli, sweet Iberian cheeks with Pedro Ximénez with truffled mashed potatoes, salmon with leek cream and asparagus, beef shank with glazed apple, or suckling shoulder , just to mention a few.
