You can now sleep in a Lego castle
Set in a world of medieval knights, wizards and dragons, the Legoland Castle Resort is already a reality where you can stay for the night surrounded by the colored pieces that filled hours of play in your childhood and, let's face it, also in your adulthood.
This hotel-castle has 61 rooms. Bunting, flags, Lego shelves, illuminated stained glass windows above the bed and a 17-kilogram dragon decorates those set in a world of knights-errant , explains the company in a press release .
The universe of colored pieces grows
Those of magicians, on the other hand, come to life with potion bottles, spell books, owl families and mysterious creatures built with Lego pieces. In addition, in each of them there is hidden clues on carpets and walls that, depending on how they are solved, will allow other Lego surprises to be discovered.
In total, the Legoland Castle Hotel has 657 Lego models, made by hand and made up of more than two million pieces. Owls, dragons, frogs or swords, among others, make up the cast. Thus, walking through the hotel one can find from tiny dragonflies of 7 centimeters to a knight on the back of his horse of 2.5 meters in height and 160,000 pieces.
Staying in this castle is possible from £572 (€650) per night in a family room for two adults and two children. The price includes breakfast, access to the hotel's leisure and entertainment areas, tickets to the park for two days and gifts and Lego collector's pieces.
