ONCE UPON A TIME…
The lightbulb went on when Alexander lived in Australia . That was when he began to learn more about the coffee universe and, tired of being halfway between his vocation as a psychologist and his work in the hotel industry, he decided to opt for one of them, but completely. And voila! He was born Pavlov's Dog .
But step by step. Who is Pavlov and what about his dog? Nothing in this cafe is random, not even the name. Iván Pávlov was a Russian psychologist, the architect of the so-called classical conditioning.
His experiment has nothing to do with coffee, but everything to do with mental image that Alejandro wants to make of his cafeteria. This philosopher always rang a bell repeatedly before feeding a dog. With this he managed to make the animal salivate only with the sound of that bell, without the need to be associated with food.
