Valencia will host one of the most spectacular events of the day, 13 chefs will come together with the best recipes to prepare some 1300 free tastings in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento . If you are one of the lucky ones who have bought an AVE ticket between Valencia and Madrid at 12 noon, get ready to receive a portion of paella Irresistible.
Not only in Spain, in different cities around the world events will be held to praise the classic 'Arroz a la Valenciana'. In London , chef Quique Dacosta has prepared a paella masterclass for the British press, ** Milan , Moscow , Paris and Zurich ** will present this dish among local journalists. Rotterdam and New York will carry out a showcooking , in the big apple it will be in the Little Spain Market.

URBAN EXPO . Joined the Festival 'Let's celebrate Ibero-America' Condé Nast Traveler and the Madrid City Council inaugurate a exhibition on Serrano street with 40 wonderful photographs and covers of recent times, each and every one of them taken by Condé Nast Traveler. The exhibition can be visited from 20th of this month until October 20th.
The open-air exhibition seeks to connect us with the Iberoamerican gastronomic roots without abandoning the enchanting Madrid markets . Each photograph will be accompanied by an illustration of the municipal markets of the city while inspiring us to travel through countries like Mexico, Colombia, Panama, El Salvador and Costa Rica.
