Can eight huge steel sculptures transmit movement? Richard Serra proves that it is with _The Matter of Time (1994-2005) _ . It is difficult to forget this work, located in the largest room in the museum, with which the artist challenges our classical conception of sculpture. 3. JEAN-MICHEL BASQUIAT: _ NOW IS THE TIME _
Jean-Michel Basquiat only lived 27 years. An overdose cut short the career of musician, poet, boxing champion and painter in 1988. The prolific creator denounced in his works, ironic and full of subtext: slavery, western history or colonialism . On the canvases he paints the black man as a saint, a king. Through his fictional alter ego SAMO© (acronym for Same Old Shit , The same shit as always) expanded, together with his friend Al Diaz, the acid and satirical version of him on the walls of New York. He also starred in the film _Downtown 81 (1981) _ directed by Edo Bertoglio and collaborated with Andy Warhol and Francesco Clemente in 1984. Don't miss his temporary exhibition until November 1.

Walking the perimeter of the museum is a spectacle in itself. Get ready to discover the colossal spider by Louise Bourgeois, the giant tulips or the iconic Puppy by Jeff Koons, the fire fountains by Yves Klein... Pay attention because every hour you can enjoy the mist sculpture by the Japanese artist Fujiko Nakaya. Wonderful.
