You read right: sweets and selfies , that is the theme of the most extravagant museum in the Hungarian capital.
This sugary experience will introduce you to a fantasy world tinted pink and dotted with lollipops, trinkets, flamingos, strawberry milkshakes, stuffed animals and hearts , all frosted with tons of confetti and glitter.

The Museum is located at Paulay Ede street 43 and has an area of 400 square meters spread over eleven rooms where pink is the main colour.
Lilla and Balazs They are the founders of this peculiar space whose main objective, they tell Traveler.es, is: "the smuggling of sweets and joy in people's daily lives."
“Many people ask us what the museum experience is like, but there are some things that cannot be described in words: they must be experienced” , affirm the founders.
Lilla has worked in the world of marketing while Balázs is the founder of PÁNIQ-ROOM –one of the most popular escape rooms in Budapest – and several entertainment and adventure centers.
After a year of effort, the Museum of sweets and selfies opened its doors to the delight of all fans of the 'cuqui'.

UNICORNS, FLAMENCOS AND SWEETS, LOTS OF SWEETS
Each of the rooms houses the most curious installations and objects, such as a curtain of pink and yellow bananas , a swing also in the shape of a banana, a pool of sweets or a comfortable flamingo chair.
There is also an all black room with giant glow in the dark lollipops , as well as the neons on the walls and ceiling, in the form of lips, watermelons, pineapples and cherries.
don't miss either the teapots and cups hanging from the ceiling as if it were a scene from Alice in Wonderland or the cushions in the form of donuts and macarons.
