Grace Hotel's breakfast – also with a view, of course – is served in the restaurant Varoulko, led by acclaimed chef Lefteris Lazarou, and consists of a five-course menu that changes daily and surprises with different themes such as 'Rustic and homely', 'Famous recipes' or our favourite, 'It's all Greek to me'.

The objective? Give guests the opportunity to try a wide variety of delicacies, among which the Hellenic flavors stand out: homemade kichi with feta cheese and dried tomatoes, seasonal jams, greek yogurt with wild flower honey, eggs in all its versions –including the traditional strapatsada –, shakes full of vitamins and antioxidants or the delicious rizogalo, the Greek version of the traditional rice pudding.

VAROULKO: THE SOUL OF GREEK GASTRONOMY

In addition to serving an exquisite breakfast, the restaurant Varoulko offers a magnificent gastronomic experience at the time of lunch and dinner. Here, Lefteris Lazarou, awarded with a michelin star, proposes a sensational trip that includes interesting reinterpretations of classic Mediterranean dishes, as well as some of his favorite creations such as squid with Genovese pesto.
