The Michelin Challenge
As every year, it is impossible not to play the roulette of the only gastronomic award that matters: michelin . And like every year, there is a fabulous opportunity so that the tire company (let's never forget what it is) settling accounts with Spain and get a little closer to that kitchen closer to the street and to common sense: but it won't.

This week presents the Michelin Guide Spain and Portugal 2020 in Seville, good move by the Guide by Mayte Carreño and José Vallés because Andalusia represents, almost better than any other region, that quiet revolution towards tradition.
