The Christmas lighting in Madrid can be seen until next January 6 between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.; December 24 and January 5 from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.; and on December 31 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

As a novelty, the city's 39 municipal markets will light up, Plaça de Catalunya will display Christmas lights and Calle Balmes will recover them after many years without them.

The squares of Urquinaona and Universitat, via Laietana, Gran Via, Aragó, Paral lel, Diagonal, la Verneda, Binèfar, Trajana… will dress up for a Christmas that will be especially dazzling in Creu Coberta and in Pelai where arcs of lights will be displayed from one side of the street to the other.

It can be seen until January 6 with different schedules. From November 27 to December 12, the lighting will remain on between 5:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday; and between 5:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. From December 13 to January 6, the slot is extended every day from 5:30 p.m. to midnight, except December 24 (until 01:00 a.m.) and December 31 and January 5 (until 02:00 a.m.).
