Madame Sushita's terrace: the place to see and be seen

The fourth location of Grupo Sushita, located on Paseo de La Habana, breaks the mold in every way while continuing to be the undisputed reference in the concept of Japanese-fusion restaurants.

WHY GO?

For a thousand and one reasons, but let's start with the most obvious: food. Madame Sushita's menu, which can also be tasted on her terrace, incorporates many novelties that will leave the most demanding foodies open-mouthed.

The star dish? Without a doubt, the charcoal sirloin tataki. And to combat the high temperatures, a large selection of fresh dishes such as wagyu gyozas with tomato and basil jam, the trio of tuna, sea bass and lemon fish ceviches or the exquisite Black Cod.

To the gastronomic innovations we must add the Sushita dishes that have already become a symbol of the group: the red prawn tempura with sweet chili, the crispy duck rolls in Housin sauce and many other emblematic delicacies of the group take their place in the avant-garde proposal of the new Madame Sushita.

The sushi bar could not be missing, where diners can enjoy watching their food being prepared in an artisanal way and at the moment.

Second, the decoration. Inspired by the Japanese standards of 1867, In the year in which the country participated in the Universal Exposition in Paris, the interior design perfectly combines the appropriate doses of East and West, creating a unique atmosphere.

Two large red shelves full of oriental-inspired books welcome Madame Sushita and a huge fireplace contrasts with the walls of plant and Art Nouveau motifs. Cutlery and kitchenware have been carefully selected for each dish so that the staging breathes the genuine harmony that characterizes Japanese culture.

At Madame Sushita Japan you eat and drink. Therefore, our third reason to visit it is the wide selection of Asian-inspired cocktails where sweet and sour flavors mix with dry and citrus ones. Our favourites? The 'Kiss of the Panda' –based on aged rum with orange and lime juice with a touch of cinnamon and chocolate bitters–, the 'Sushipolitan' -based on vodka with cranberry juice, sweet and sour sauce and yuzu- and the 'ZEN garden' -based on gin with lime juice and sencha tea on a bed of dry ice with green tea essence-
