We received the Argentina Tourism Awards 2016 award

For example, in the September 2008 issue , we publish an extensive report with different travel proposals to the most emblematic places in the area: Buenos Aires, Palermo, Rio de la Plata, Tierra del Fuego, Patagonia... And in October 2010 Buenos Aires was the central theme of our cover , with a report in which artists, chefs, businessmen and fashion designers provided the keys to understanding what material the Argentine capital is made of. As if that were not enough, in Traveler.es We have also dedicated many words to this fascinating territory (such as our getaway this week to the romantic region of Tigre). Here you have them!

And the idyll continues: in our February issue we take a look at its meandering nature in the areas of Salta and Jujuy, brushing the border with Chile, driving between mountains, winding landscapes and vineyards. Are you going to miss it?

It is precisely this interest in the country and the publication of various reports one of the aspects that have been valued to reward the magazine, they explain from the Tourist Office of Argentina in Europe. "This is one of the most important travel publications in Spain and one of the best internationally. In addition, the quality of the reports that are published in the magazine, of the contents, of the photographs... They are always a safe value ".

This award was collected yesterday by the director of Condé Nast Traveler Spain, Sandra del Rio , from the hands of the new Argentine Tourism Minister, Gustavo Santos . "This award is the verification of Latin America as a benchmark in the world of travel and the great interest it causes in our readers. Our reasons for writing about Argentina are not just touristic: they are emotional, they are historical, it is an obligation of the Spanish edition of Condé Nast Traveler to Spanish-speakers ", points out Sandra del Río, "Receiving the Argentina Tourism Awards Reaffirms us as flagship travel and lifestyle magazine ".

The award ceremony was held in a ceremony held within the framework of Argentina's participation in the International Tourism Fair (FITUR), which you can visit until Sunday, January 24. In addition to the Minister of Tourism, the event was attended by the authorities of all the provinces of Argentina representatives of the public and private sectors of the Argentine tourism , tourism professionals and Spanish companies in the sector, as well as the media. During the ceremony, Argentine gastronomy could be enjoyed by the hand of the Chef Javier Brichetto and it was counted on Jairo's performance , renowned Argentine singer.
