The first floor of a 19th century building in front of the Cathedral welcomes this updated traditional kitchen house.
The beans from El Barco and the ribeye from Ávila could not be left out –we are talking about a classic– but watch out for their winks of restrained creativity in dishes such as the supreme of poularde stuffed with foie or the tempura prawns with fried spinach. Suckling pigs and lambs only on request.
They are famous for their homemade desserts, such as cheesecake, rice pudding cream or coffee bavarois.

You will know them for their fried eggs with carabinero . And for his homemade foie . And for her good hand (Isidora's) with the red meats of the land. In between, surprises like herring with mustard cream or a simple fresh garlic pasta.
When the weather is nice, the views of the walls of Ávila from the terrace deserve a long after-meal.

Apart from his famous seasonal mushroom menu , the menu tries to vary as much as possible with each season.
Like the artichokes with amontillado and Iberian bacon , the crispy vegetable and prawn canutillos or the tuna tenderloin with pistachios and pomegranate sauce.
They offer menus of dishes to the center to share (minimum two people).
The hotel, of the same name, is a good excuse to extend the plan and enjoy breakfast.
