Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, one of the most detailed and immersive lands ever created in Disney Parks history, will land in Disneyland Park (Anaheim, Calif.) the summer of 2019 and Disney's Hollywood Studios (Orlando, Florida) in late fall of the same year.
“It will be occupied by many inhabitants: humanoids, aliens, droids... Nothing will be out of place or take away from the mythology," said Bob Iger, Chairman and CEO of The Walt Disney Company.

Upon passing through the gates, visitors will enter the planet Batuu, a thriving port for smugglers, merchants, unscrupulous traffickers and adventurers ready to embark on space. Will you trust someone?
In the remote commercial port, with shops and markets inspired by those of Istanbul and Marrakech, a Toydarian will sell toys and various handmade items.

AT THE CONTROLS OF THE MILLENNIUM FALCON
The star attraction? embark on a secret and personalized mission piloting one of the most famous ships in the Galaxy: the Millennium Falcon.
If you complete the mission successfully, you will be able to earn additional Galactic Credits, but if you return the ship in poor condition you could have problems...
An epic battle between the First Order and the Resistance, which side are you on?
AN EPIC BATTLE ABOARD A STAR DESTROYER
This attraction, which has not yet been given a name, is another of the main dishes from Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
“The area will be divided into two spaces: one dedicated to the First Order and one to the Resistance. This will cause a tense battle between both sides”, commented Richard Harbaugh, of Disney Parks.
A space paradise for fans of the saga
WAITER, A BLUE MILK JUG!
A canteen will serve the blue milk that Luke Skywalker made famous in Episode IV while the characters of the saga walk through the area: BB-8, Chewbacca, members of the First Order and Rex, the troubled pilot who is now the local DJ!
In addition to the themed areas of the parks, Disney is also in the process of creating a hotel dedicated to Star Wars, where guests will dress up in space attire and the rooms, designed like a spaceship, will have views of the sky.
