“We try to avoid a design that takes you away from the views of the outside; that is why the interior design of the villa is minimal” , explains in a presentation video Yuji Yamakazi, the Japanese architect who is in charge of interior design.

“With this design I want feel the solitude, the tranquility, the silence... They are going to be the only ones in the world to sleep with a view of the ocean,” he continues. The project has involved an investment of 15 million dollars.
