After this journey through the work of the Dutch painter is the artist ** Maciek Janicki **. “I was collaborating with the Van Gogh Museum on a slightly different project and I became obsessed with the life and creations of Van Gogh. One of the key elements that inspired me was his continuous search to create new projects and the thickness of his brushstrokes”, he tells Traveler.es.
For this, he invested many free hours for a year. “I was tracking the actual locations of his paintings and it made me feel like I was following in his footsteps. For example, when I was studying the first sketches of him, I realized how he thought as an artist”.
