What would your perfect day in London be like?

Iona: I would start with a late breakfast at Falafel and Shawarma , get my nails done at Yo Kesh, go have cocktails on the terrace at Forza Wine and I would stay until sunset. Then I would go to Tola's for a drink and a good time listening to dancehall, garage, R&B, funk dance, afrobeat and drill.

Romy: I'd have a quick breakfast General Store before taking the train to Eltham to see the palace and gardens. would eat in Pho Hanoi , in Deptford, then go shopping in Soho and head back south to listen to the outdoor music of Balamii at Hornman Gardens.

How do you connect with nature in London?

Iona: I grew up in Highlands , so nature is a big part of me. Beckenham Place Park and Oxleas Woods are great places to get some fresh air and take a walk.

Romy: I could spend hours in the greenhouses at Kew. At Peckham Rye there are very nice gardens too.

Do you admire any character that we should keep track of?

Iona: We really want it to reopen Rita , in SoHo. Our friends Missy, Gabe and Cameron really know how to set up a restaurant: from the music they choose to the wine list. Also Tyson He has just released his album Pisces Problems, the perfect summer symphony. I can't wait to see her play live.

Romy: We are going to have an exhibition together with Conor Murgatroyd , a wonderful painter who documents our flowers beautifully.
