We tell you all the secrets of a custom-made production by Conde Nast Traveler in a rainy paris . Not even a threatening weather was able to darken the landscape. Optimism and temperance were our best weapons in the rain and, against all odds, the sun finally came out.

In the Place du Palais Bourbon , our offices in the city, were our meeting point. There, hanging on silk and velvet hangers, seven looks represented the savoir faire of Parisian haute couture. From the nostalgia of Christian Dior New Look and the vie en rose de Chanel until the Armani Privé sobriety, the sensuality of Jean Paul Gaultier and the romanticism of Valentino.

We begin our tournée in the Alexandre III bridge. In an incomparable setting, with the Grand Palais in the background, we soon found our cover photo. The look chosen for our model Justina is a two-piece suit Christian Dior composed by slim fit black pants and fuchsia bustier with long skirt and spectacular front opening. The accessories: simple black leather stilettos and a spectacular pearl bracelet. Just a few steps away, we arrive at the Petit Palais and there, going down the steps of its majestic golden gate, we portray the historical frame of reference of the grandeur of Paris.

very close, in the Musée D'Orsay and before the attentive gaze of a long queue of early-rising visitors, our model posed dressed in this flowy black dress by Valentino . Located in the heart of Paris, next to the Seine River and facing the Tuileries Garden, The museum is in the old Orsay station, a building built for the Universal Exhibition of 1900.

Once again we got into our caravan, now heading for the Musee Rodin . There, walking through her leafy gardens and with the famous work of 'The Thinker' in the background, our model Justina contemplates her rosebushes wearing a Chanel pink tailleur.

As if it were a tribute to the trip, next to the Arab World Institute we stopped on the railway tracks very close to the Austerlitz station. Seeing the model posing in this elegant black dress with open back and embroidered waist from Armani Privé, made the trip a real delight.

Very close to the Eiffel Tower, the Musée du Quai Branly is a work of Jean Nouvel and is dedicated to the ancient civilizations and cultures of Africa, Oceania, Asia and America. Surrounded by its vegetation and enjoying the long-awaited rays of the sun, on one of her paths Justina wears this sophisticated Christian Dior pink dress that perfectly reflects the iconic architecture of Dior's 'New Look' silhouette. With that same look, we went to the Tuileries garden improvising a photographic set in the Louvre with the emblematic pyramid of Pei behind us.

The Paris metro welcomes 4.5 million passengers every day. Impeccable in this black tuxedo with a 'bar' jacket by Christian Dior, our model dives into the underground bustle of the capital surprising the walkers in full exit of the metro Palis Royal Musée du Louvre.

At nightfall, Paris lights up and at the foot of the Eiffel Tower Justina walks in a spectacular gold and black embroidered and fringed evening gown by Jean Paul Gaultier. By night and by day, the beauty of Paris is eternal and once again it proved to be that city where fashion is always present.
