You like the Horror Movies ? Is **Halloween** your favorite night of the year? do you love them the haunted houses, the passages of terror, the sinister escape rooms and everything that puts your adrenaline to the test?
Head towards Barcelona, because there is **Horrorland Park, the place "where your nightmares come true".**
This horror theme park is made up of different haunted housse, extreme house (the extreme version), escape rooms, shows, street entertainment and interactive games where fear is the absolute protagonist.
“Since its inauguration on October 10, the park has been visited by 9,000 people and we hope that throughout the Halloween season the figure rises to 22,500”, Didac Atzet, from the Horrorland team, tells Traveler.es

A MOST SCARY ABANDONED POWER PLANT
Located in Cercs (Berga), one hour from Barcelona, Horrorland is located in an abandoned power station which still has its own tunnels and mines, now overgrown by vegetation.
The complex is distributed in an industrial estate with independent warehouses whose interior harbors experiences that may not let you sleep for days, months, years... or ever.
Between the passages of terror (haunted houses) we find The Thermal (a tour of the sewers of the plant where mutant species have grown), Slaughterhouse (where to experience the slaughter process in person) or coven (a blind experience).
"For now the attraction in which people say they spend the most fear is Matadero. But it is something that goes according to taste”, says Didac.

In the entertainment and shows section, different characters will mingle with the visitors of the park giving the occasional scare.

“In the park they work 158 fixed people, of these 98 are actors and actresses”, Didac tells Traveler.es
An abandoned power plant with a terrifying secret inside
Coinciding with the halloween Season, Horrorland opened its doors on October 10 and can be visited until November 17 during weekends and holidays.
This 'terror complex' format, which is sweeping the United States, has been imported by two companies, Horror Box and Insomnia Corporation, pioneers in the creation of horror experiences and escape rooms.
“At the moment, our goal is to expand with many Horrorland novelties and attractions for next year. The first projection will be in December, the month in which we will open on the 28th, 29th and 30th”, Didac tells us.
