The residents of the Malasaña neighborhood have not given up at a time when we all hold each other in a symbolic collective embrace. A) Yes, The festivities of May 2 are more special than ever , from home, from our balconies, but with a promising schedule. We can only say... don't stop the party!

A DIFFERENT MAY 2
Creativity has played an important role in renewing these activities that are repeated every year. From the solidarity bar to raise funds, the neighbors have gone to the Solidarity Basket , but your goal remains the same: promote purchases in neighborhood businesses, donate food or make donations to the Neighborhood Association for the purchase of essential products.
The way of empathizing changes, but it remains the core of these beloved parties. And the same goes for support between neighbors. Yes ok the exhibition they hold every year at the Conde Duque Cultural Center has been postponed, this time, go to the screens . All the artists who wish it will be able to share their works with the hashtags #ArtistasHazandoBarrio or #Fiestas2d . It is clear that art, even confined, is unstoppable.
To maintain the essence, emotion and personality of the parties, everyone will take care of decorate balconies, windows and streets , in such a way, that it will almost seem that nothing has changed.
