"We have always believed that what we learned in the field of design and in the management of our creative teams, we could extrapolate it to any business", they explain how they decided to make the leap to gastronomy. “The hospitality industry was the field that most attracted us due to the development that it entailed: from thinking about the local project, to the way of communicating with the client and working on the entire experience that surrounds La Nadadora. In short, creativity is or should be everywhere”. In her case, it is, and that's why La Nadadora has so much personality.

International cuisine: tacos, curries and rice dishes.

In addition, from the moment they launched into a few laps in gastronomy, they had in this long-distance race with Paco Alba, third owner of La Nadadora, the head of the room who always waits with a smile for the diners behind and in front of the bar. Alba contributed her experience of several years at the head of The bikina, in the Paseo de las Canteras in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

They designed a space to spend long hours and a menu that allows you to take the whole family, friends, from children to adults (even dogs are welcome!). “It is a short menu, with the dishes that we like the most. elaborated thinking about the needs and tastes of those closest to us: from well-traveled friends to people with specific nutritional needs”, they continue. “And we wanted people who came to eat to not have to decide on one type of cuisine. The idea was that a family with a vegan member, another gluten intolerant and passionate about meat, could enjoy our menu at the same time”.
