At the beginning of 2015, a interesting gastronomic proposal , suggestive and overwhelming, arrived ready to compete for the top in one of the most seductive areas of Barcelona, ​​the Born district. What we did not imagine is that we would finally be able to have our own space here in Madrid.

**Welcome to Casa Lolea**, a culinary jewel created by three partners -two women, one of them Spanish and the other Argentine, and a Spaniard, partner of the latter-, who have joined the Basque chef Txemi Andrés Alonso , with the aim of revealing an offer with quality products, self-made and ensuring that the gestation of the dishes is carried out, as far as possible, within the restaurant.

The chef, with an extensive family tradition and graduated from one of the best hospitality universities in the Basque country, comments to Traveler.es: “I like market cuisine, that you know what the traceability is, the supplier, that you know the product ... that is the most important thing for me and that is the philosophy of this house”

The inspiration of the letter is the Mediterranean cuisine and tapas , although they do not hide their fascination for exotic flavors, such as ceviche.
