The 41st Experience is the great place to discover in Barcelona, as he tells us Ferran Adria . And it is that Albert Adria , creative mind and another genius in the kitchen, has devised a new gastronomic concept called 41º Experience. In a multimedia atmosphere (images, music, etc.) there are 41 showings with nearly 50 preparations –which combine snacks and fingerfoods with cocktails and drinks–, while a team of 17 people caters to a maximum of 16 lucky diners per night. In reality, the offer changes every day, but it is worth noting how some dishes evoke different geographical areas for its products, flavors or elaboration, such as asparagus with crispy cheese and frozen soup from Navarra , the wild sea bass tiradito with ordered salad from Peru, the spicy tuna and prawn temaki with miso from Japan or the rabbit rib and its blood with potato, tarragon and marrow from France.
