A DIFFERENT APP
Years ago, one of the creators of My Different Place, who wanted to surprise his partner for his anniversary, did a deep search in Spain and made a list of different places, a selection, it must be said, that was later highly demanded by his close friends. These were the beginnings of this unique and surprising accommodation search portal that already has a collection of more than 200 unique and special hotels.

More than a dozen tree houses can be booked on My Different Place. My Differet Place has several properties located in neighboring Portugal, from a charming little house located in Comporta to a luxury family hotel in the Algarve. But the one that has caught our attention the most due to its uniqueness and history, has been the Moinho Das Feteiras, located in the south of the island of São Miguel, in the Azores.
15 kilometers from Ponta Delgada, this restored 19th century mill boasts panoramic views from the room, installed in the upper part of the building. In addition, it has a 4,000 m2 landscaped plot surrounded by tropical trees that has to be crossed by a cave that descends from the mountain to the sea. In the vicinity you can make routes on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

FEEL THE ICE, NOT THE COLD
Another unique place is an Igloo hotel built entirely with snow whose ephemeral decoration changes every year. In Andorra, at 2,350 meters above sea level, it is made up of five igloos with capacity for six people, which can be shared or reserved in its entirety.
