The tradition and popularity enjoyed by this dish means that sometimes we are quite demanding when it comes to judging the recipe from different places, but this one will surely drive you crazy. In a perfect cylindrical mold, interrupted by some fine crispy scolds and sprinkled with some olives . The bonus? It is crowned with crispy shrimp pipes , responsible for providing the intensity in each bite.
