This Wolfgang Puck restaurant is located in the Beverly Wiltshire Hotel and is most certainly, the coolest place in town, a space to see and be seen . He calls himself a spit , although the description, like the name of the place, falls short. Everything about CUT shows us an evolution that goes beyond the traditional grill. The interior, for example, was designed by Richard Meier, the architect of the Getty Center, using the same witty juxtaposition of sharp angles and undulating lines. Although the best thing about the place is its clever letter , which offers some original variants of the typical steak with chips. The star dish of the house , Puck's culinary cadence, is the wagyu beef steak imported from Kagoshima Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan.
