white on white . “Snowflakes settle on cherry blossoms. It seems as if the heat of the previous days (that spring stole from winter) and that made the flowering begin, fill the air with the perfume of its flowers and the atmosphere of color and life , they will be left behind and now winter would like to recover and make them theirs with the cold and snow ”, explains its mayor Luis Alberto Arias González.
We already know that spring is the equivalent of nature's fireworks , and in Corullón, each year that passes more, the cherry trees are protagonists of its landscape. “In Corullón we always welcome the moment of flowering with great admiration Y euphoria seeing how nature explodes and wakes up ”, acknowledges its mayor. But chance has wanted the show to be double: the velvety white of the petals of the flowers mix with the snow crystal tones . "We want to be able to share these sensations with all the people who come to see the flowering," reiterates Luis Alberto Arias González.
