Elaboration:

In a saucepan the beer is heated without it boiling and once hot, throw the butter cut into pieces until it melts.

In a bowl, mix all the Dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda) and in another bowl Beat the eggs, add the liquid cream and the vanilla essence. We incorporate the dry ingredients with the other mixture in three times. Mix well and pour it into a round mold to which we will have previously sprayed molds or we will have floured it.

We put in the hot oven at 170 degrees for about 50 or 55 minutes, depending on the oven. We will have to wait for the cake to cool, which is moist and has a chocolate taste without being sweet.

For the topping that mimics Guinness foam, Beat the Philadelphia cheese with the icing sugar. On the other hand, in a KA-type mounting device or with electric rods, whip the pastry cream (it must be cold so that it mounts well).

Once assembled, we incorporate the cheese mixture in an enveloping way, we put it on the cake on top and we will have our beer and chocolate cake ready.

“Warning: it creates addiction” says Zarina, that she affirms that it is "a simple cake whose result is very good".

His advice from her? "It is important use quality ingredients and follow the steps , be patient and the result will be a 10”.

Our advice?: while you prepare the Guinness Cake, you can put on the concert that the Celtic punk band, Dropkick Murphys, will broadcast live on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook Live on March 17 at 7 p.m.

Good luck everyone and Happy St. Patrick's Day!
