BRISTOL BAR : THE MOST ANGLO-SAXON BRUNCH
Added to the eggs benedict are sausage, mushrooms, bacon, baked beans and the delicious Eggs Royal (toasted bread, smoked salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce). Excellent Bloody Mary, splendid coffee and good pastries.

DELICATE : IT NEVER GETS OLD-FASHIONED
Young and cosmopolitan atmosphere with alternative brushstrokes in a room decorated with curious objects , maps and a vintage touch. A markedly American offer, with the richest muffins in Madrid , brownies and delicious chocolate cakes. There are also eggs, smoked meats, cold cuts and salads. Since the place is small, you have to go soon or arm yourself with patience and waiting for a free table, especially on Sundays, when the mojitos roll off the bar by the dozen. They have opened a decoration shop next door.
