More of ten years it took time to adapt this star complex in Lanzarote made up of three openings inside the volcanic tunnel produced by the eruption of crown volcano . The complexity of the project and the incessant trips of Cesar Manrique to New York during the beginning of the work they forced him to count on the help of the also artist Jesus Soto , who had already been in charge of the lighting and adaptation of the Cave of the Greens.
The tour lasts about 45 minutes and extends through six kilometers from the crater of the volcano until entering the sea, in an underwater stretch of a kilometer and a half, the fascinating Atlantis tunnel . Today it is not allowed to bathe in the pool, but in its origins, in the 70s, all the parties ended in the same place .
