A video to seduce them all

All this, and more, is what the director ** Oliver Astrologo ** has been able to capture and transmit to us with his new video. In two minutes of panoramas, sweeps and drone view images, Portugal It takes us from Lisbon to Porto, passing through Aveiro and Costa Nova.
Along the way, don't forget to stop at the **Buçaco forest, the Côa valley, Valhelhas and Sortelha de Guarda, the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, Nazaré, Sintra and the Quinta do Vesúvio wineries **.

“I have been to Portugal twice. The first time was a year ago and I visited Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais” , Astrologo tells Traveler.es.
“The last time was in December: I spent six days on a road trip through the center and north of Portugal , seeing little known places among tourists, but worth a visit. We were also able to visit an authentic wool factory in operation since 1960 and a winery”, he recalls, referring to a country with which he has fallen in love.
“I like the atmosphere of this country. I think Portugal has many things in common with Italy, starting with the amazing food, the good weather or the culture. It's not a secret: I could consider the idea of moving to Portugal in the future” , he recounts.
The titanic task of not falling in love with Portugal
Among its essentials, it lists Sintra castle and its magic , “a place that seems to come out of a fairy tale”. Also Buçaco forest and the atmosphere that was created on the foggy day they visited.
And your people. “I like the friendliness of the Portuguese, they are really genuine and warm. In every place I visited, everyone greeted us with a smile and unique hospitality.”
This has pushed him to improve himself (even more) and to do a job that excites him.
“When I reviewed the footage I had a nice feeling. All the good memories I have of those incredible places came to mind (…) When you are inspired, you produce things that are closer to your personal experience and whoever sees that video can feel it”.
Portugal lives not only in cities of hypnotic decadence
“I came to have this feeling because I made the trip with several Portuguese and There is no better way to experience a destination than with its premises”.
One of them was ** André Gomes **, the artist who appears at various points in the video capturing the Portuguese horizons with watercolors.
“I loved his drawings. At each location we visited, he created a perfect 'capture' by interpreting those places. Photography is similar but, although we can try to represent reality from different perspectives, we cannot alter it as he can. So I asked him to be one of my characters because I thought he was of great value for this video.”
He wasn't wrong.
