It all starts in the intimacy of your room: white, spotless, bright and, if you have wanted it, with a hydromassage bathtub and sea views. The sound of the waves in the background reminds you that you are in the Mediterranean and the fragrances of aromatherapy that you have to let your mind fly. Then comes the incredible repairing massage with four hands, two for each one.
Narrated like this, it might seem that you no longer need anything else to be happy, but thanks to Barceló's B-LikEat breakfast program, everything will come to your room to compose the healthy brunch promised and dreamed of during treatment! they will be seasonal organic foods, birchers, pancakes, sourdough breads, organic egg omelettes, homemade vegetable pâtés, aromatic herbs, syrups, smoothies and natural juices and superfoods with which to crown the dishes, such as chia, pollen, cocoa nibs or spirulina.

SPRUNCH
Surely you have already seen this other acronym made up of spa and brunch more, but it should not be less desired for that. In this case, what the hotel usually offers is a complete spa circuit that ends, instead of with the simple restorative infusion, with a copious brunch loaded with foods and superfoods.
One of the most complete is the Iberostar Grand Hotel Mencey , in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which It starts with a 90-minute tour of the water circuit of its immense Spa Sensations, equipped with sauna, hammam, sensation showers, floating pools, footbath and outdoor pools (€54 per person).
The subsequent healthy brunch, served at the Papa Negra restaurant, consists, among other delicacies, of Canarian D.O. cheeses, Danish pastries, watercress salad with fresh cheese, dates, seeds and palm honey vinaigrette (a superfood known in La Gomera as guarapo), Wagyu tataky with crystal bread shavings and Palmero cheese flakes and a French toast with milk bread and cinnamon ice cream made in the hotel's workshop.
There is a vegetarian sprunch option that, in addition to papaya and orange, melon and mint or pineapple and coconut juices, includes elaborate dishes such as crunchy aubergines with palm honey, avocado, cucumber and asparagus sandwich and hummus toast with black olive tapenade.
