Ducks to water! The expression that baptizes the beginning of summer became a reality last Saturday with the opening of the season swimming pools municipal of Madrid.
The time has finally come to soak for the next few months, at least, until September 11.
Madrid cannot boast of a coastline, but it can boast of solving problems. And he does it with the opening of 19 of the 22 pools existing.
The remaining three will have to wait to finish renovation and improvement works , but we will have more than enough with those that are waiting for us.
Now yes, let's go to the pool!
No matter where you live, there is a pool for you. For now, we can make the route by 17 , but that of Saint Ana joins on June 15, and that of Vallecas on July 1.
What's so special about 2022? That we will finally bathe again no capacity . The good news invites us all to the water, but precautions are still necessary, which is why this year both shifts are kept.
The objective is to be able to carry out exhaustively the corresponding cleaning and disinfection equipment and spaces, especially those that are closed, such as changing rooms and toilets.
Even so, the schedules cover a greater band, adding half an hour to the one established last year. In the morning, the pools will be available between 10am and 3pm , and afternoon, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m..
After a season in 2021 that already showed the fervent desire for a dip, no less is expected this year, taking into account a notable improvement in conditions. No, there is no beach here, but there are swimming pools!
