Villa Elia and Villa Aimee, in the municipality of San José, they will be the most appreciated object of desire this summer on the island of Ibiza. First, because can be rented monthly (from €50,000 weekly). Second, because they have the largest private pool in Ibiza (with 37 meters long). And third, because Kogan has designed them in such a way that the privacy will be absolute (also security).

INTERIOR DESIGN
They are not furniture they are works of art originals”, says Caledonian, the developer behind the project called Masterworks Ibiza. And we totally agree. One cannot sit every day in some chairs by Hans Wegner and Paola Navone or lie down in a Gervasoni bed.
Studio MK27 did not want to skimp on the interior design and, although the palette is quite neutral, in accordance with the relaxed spirit of what is known as the White Island, the team has allowed small winks of color in the lamps by Clara von Zweigbergk and Greta Grossman that crown the dining table and in the simple demijohns scattered next to the spiral staircase, in front of the bookstore.
Stone flooring in the main rooms, solid oak in the furniture, teak on the porches, hand carved Ibizan stone for the roads and monolithic marbles of 200 kg in the bathrooms are some of the noble materials that give shape (and quality) to the villas, which in total have with up to 12 bedrooms.
"There will also be a domestic service made up of two people who will stay in one of the annexes and will provide the attentions typical of a five-star hotel, with impeccably pressed cotton and linen sheets, bathrobes imported from Belgium, and the crockery and glassware at the height of the circumstances ”, they explain from Caledonian.

**SUSTAINABILITY **
Kogan promised, back in 2016, that all his projects would be as responsible as possible with the environment and in Villa Elia and Villa Aimee he has more than fulfilled it: the complex is electrically self-sufficient.
Air conditioning using a geothermal system emits zero CO2 particles into the atmosphere, the thermal and acoustic insulation of the thick walls is total, there is 60,000ww of photovoltaic panels and it has a rainwater collection system that purifies it through osmosis treatment, filtering and ultraviolet light. All controlled by home automation to make its use easier and more efficient. So much so that the doors do not even have handles, they open with the touch of a hand to the lock.

LANDSCAPING
We know that the huge pool (there's also a free-diving Jacuzzi and two private recreational pools) will catch all the attention on the outside, but if you look closely you'll be able to appreciate the great job that Isabel Duprat has done with landscaping.
