“This accommodation combines tradition with contemporary elements, resulting in a sleek, minimalist design using locally sourced materials. Both the architecture and interiors were inspired by the laid-back glamor of Mykonos , with its whitewashed walls, an earthy neutral color palette, traditional elements of a Greek villa, and bougainvillea-filled archways,” she adds. Its 25 suites are truly marvelous, but the jewel in the crown lies in its two villas, which have a size of 240m2 for an interior room and almost 300m2 for a terrace. Also, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and even their own fitness rooms! “These private villas combine independent residences with high quality services, with access to exceptional hotel facilities and each will have a Villa Manager always on call to coordinate the stays of the guests”, indicates Aby Saltiel.
This is the first hotel on the entire island to have a private heated freshwater swimming pool -along with its corresponding terrace- in each and every one of the rooms and villas. His real specialty? From the accommodation itself they recommend their star dish known as the Greek Mezze, which consists of the typical appetizers from the country's recipe book. This translates to: spicy smoked feta cheese accompanied by octopus, sardines, cuttlefish, shrimp, broad beans and green beans (all grilled) ; plus fresh marinated anchovies, baked saganaki cheese and sausage.
“A selection of fresh bread, homemade cakes and desserts they will also be baked daily in the outdoor wood-burning oven for guests to enjoy,” says Aby Saltiel.

The finishing touch to a perfect lunch or dinner is provided by the Mediterranean cocktail: prepared with Mastiha liqueur infused with thyme, lime, blue powder tea and presented topped with thyme foam . "As a curiosity, this liquor is made thanks to the Mastiha trees that are only grown on the Greek island of Chios," says Aby Saltiel.
Nothing like taking it in one of the other two gastronomic spaces that the hotel has: the pool bar or the Aloni Sunset Lounge. The first located in the center of the exceptional infinity pool and the second ideal to enjoy -as its name suggests- the magical sunsets so characteristic of the Cyclades Islands.
