The last brewery to arrive in Cardenal Cisneros and join the Calle Cervecera community. Run by some friends from Extremadura, it bears the name of the craft beer that they make in Vallecas with their “own purity law” and they sell here in three varieties. BEERS MADRIZ
The brothers Jaime and Fernando O'Connor first started by making their own beer. One that you have probably already seen in more than one bar and store with its unmistakable label of a cat in profile. About a year and a half ago they decided to open a bar to serve it themselves, and they couldn't think of a better place than Calle Cervecera. Jaime is a brewmaster and with his recipes they make five different ones in Segovia, Extremadura, Toledo and Germany. All five are served on tap at the bar and they have three other taps that change, as well as About 30 varieties of bottles on the menu always. They organize tastings to teach how to find a taste for all kinds of beers, always craft. And, in addition, they have a menu of meals with hamburgers and snacks to share.

OLDENBURG BREWERY
In this almost 30-year-old brewery they reached the Guinness record for the variety of beers they offer. If Beerhouse says between 100 and 200, here well over 200. It's a brewery to learn a little more about what you drink, whose example the rest have followed.
