The Glamping, nomadic retreats on the island of Mallorca.
Sleep and live an energetic experience in the natural heart of Mallorca, under the open sky, in a unique setting between the mountains and the sea... Surely these words will sound like poetry in your ears, even more so after this time of isolation . You may be looking for a retreat where you can lose yourself for a few days when all this is over , and where they offer you everything or almost everything to be happy.
Glamping opened its doors three years ago with that objective, to connect people with an exceptional natural environment such as that of Mallorca, respecting the environment and approaching responsible tourism . Antonella and Nahuel are the souls of this itinerant project that receives the support of local collaborators who love the simple life and nature.
“We are not fixed in a single space (due to island regulations), although most of our experiences and retreats are in the Sierra of the Tramuntana in a very special space between the sea and the mountains. However, we are nomads, and we can move to any space that allows us to create an experience without damaging the environment”, they explain to Traveler.es. The Miramar Monastery , between Valldemossa and Deià, is one of the places where these experiences have been carried out, but it is not the only one.
They create experiences for private groups.
These comprehensive experiences include the accommodation in the tents , all meals cooked with local seasonal products and adapted to the type of diet that the client follows, and depending on the number of nights, more or fewer activities are included, there are some that are more fixed and others that change according to the profile of the cluster.
“Among our activities is the exploring the cosmos with our astronomer , percussion workshops, African song and dance, live a cappella music, tea ceremony and tasting, mantra singing,...”.
and about their tents , they are of the highest quality, they are made in Belgium with organic and sustainable cotton. They have a protection that makes them 100% waterproof , in addition to being breathable to avoid moisture inside the tent.
Inside are equipped with a viscoelastic mattress , cotton sheets, a microfiber duvet and are decorated with LED lamps, jute rugs, ethnic cushions, plants and paintings to make you feel like in a fairy tale.
The bad news is that they don't open in winter, but they are studying it for later. The next experiences are planned for March 2021 . So if you want to live one of them, you can now book on their website.
