In other words, those who opt for a house for one euro or one of the cheapest houses in the old town will be able to receive "remodeling bonuses" of up to 15,000 euros as well as others 10,000 euros for energy efficiency works , but they will have two years to present the building remodeling project.

And if you want to become permanent resident of Troina but you do not want to renovate a house in ruins, the City Council is willing to provide you with up to 8,000 euros for buying a house that does not require updating.

"In recent months there have been many requests to purchase properties in our historic center from all over the world, including the United States, England, Germany, France, Belgium, Turkey, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and the Netherlands, and many potential buyers they have already done it", explains the mayor in the same statement.
