Pasjaca, the best beach in Europe in 2019
Every year, European Best Destinations draws up the list of the best beaches in Europe, which this edition has received more than 30,000 votes from travelers from 116 different countries.
The winner of this edition has been Pasjaca beach, in the heart of the Croatian Konavle region.
The second place in the ranking goes to the beach of Nerja , in Malaga , followed by the beach of walnut (Croatia).
Five Spanish beaches are included this year in the list of the best beaches in Europe: the aforementioned Nerja, Cala Sa Boadella (Lloret de Mar), the beach of Bologna (Tarifa, Cadiz), cove Pregonda (Minorca) and Pi cove (in Platja d'Aro, Girona) .
The Mediterranean win by landslide in the ranking, which also includes two greek beaches (Cape Drastis in Corfu and Vlychos in Hydra), two italian (Numana Alta in Ancona and Positano on the Amalfi Coast) and two French (Saleccia in Corsica and Bestouan in Cassis).
Surprise in fourth position porthminster in cornwall (England) or the unknown ** Mamaia in Romania and Bolata in Bulgaria .**
Furthermore, for the first time this year there is two nude beaches in the ranking: Nugal (Croatia) and Sa Boadella (Gerona).

located at the foot of a cliff , this paradise is the result of the joint action of man and nature.
In the 50's, tunnels were dug from the fields located higher up to the sea, which was eroding the stones to form the beach.
The sea makes the beach disappear taking away all the sand again and again, but the locals take new rocks that turn back into pebbles and sand until they disappear again giving way again to the action of the human being.
