THE WAY OF GOOD MEN IN TWO DAYS
The first day of the route we approach the Mill of Ger to buy any of their own and natural cheeses made from fresh cow's milk. We will complete the shopping cart with the artisan preserves of the family business The Tupi of La Cerdanya , ranging from pâtés or jams to dehydrated mushrooms from the area.
At noon we will reserve a table at one of the restaurants that have added these dishes from the Good Men's Kitchen , the Cathars who in the Catalan Middle Ages decided to reinvent the rules of the culinary game and therefore the gastronomy of the area, yes, without forgetting the classical heritage, the Visigoth and even the Andalusian influence.
The afternoon will be for walking among the Gardens of the Flavors in the country house Cal Serni (15th century) and after the agrotourism activities we will say goodbye to the day with a cheese tasting in the Formatgeria Mas d'Eroles .
The second day we will dedicate, more than shopping, to learn how to make products in Ossera , from cheese in the Formatgeria Serrat Gros even jam on Cal Casal , going through medicinal plant courses in Herbesossera . The day will end with a field trip in search of boletus and with an ecological cooking workshop and the Good Men in Bagà.

THE COMPLETE CATALAN PYRENEES: 4 DAYS
On the first day we will begin our trip following the literary route The game of the angel , based on the novel by Carlos Ruiz Zafón, in Puigcerda . In La Cerdanya we will either practice the handicap in the royal golf club or we will choose some of the aeronautical activities developed in the aerodrome (balloon, skydiving, etc.). We will visit The Town of Lillet and we will go to see the gardens of Artigas or ride the Cement Train. The first day can end with a tour of the Riutort Petroli Mine .
The second day we will participate in an ecological cooking workshop and the Good Men and then continue on our way to the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park from Bellver de Cerdaya, where we will take a guided tour. Later there will be time to tour the Accordion Museum and the Llanes Factory (wool factory). We will say goodbye to the afternoon practicing Nordic walking around La Seu d'Urgell.

On the third day we will learn to make cheese in the Formatgeria Serrat Gros , we will discover the secrets of the medicinal plants in Ossera and we will go out to collect boletus in the forest. We can complete the morning with a falconry activity in the Pyrenees Zoo . In the afternoon the most active will want to practice canyoning in one of the numerous via ferratas , while the rest can approach the most remote past of the Earth in the paleontological site of Fumanya.
The fourth day will be dedicated to water activities in Pantà de la Baells or in the Nautical Club Segre Rialb . We will round off the day with a bicycle route through the region of Berguedà and with a visit to the farm fueves , that preserves the species of the Catalan donkey and, after that, with a craft workshop in Solsona.

COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES: 6 DAYS
The first day we started with two snow activities, such as Nordic skiing in Guils de Cerdaya either dog sledding in La Molina . The second day we will attend a snow dog exhibition and the third, we can paraglide in Organyà. The fourth day awaits us Picasso Center in Gósol and the fifth, a wellness treatment at the Berga Resort spa or a route on horseback around Berga . The sixth day will be dedicated to learning about the Llobregat Textile Colonies on a route that stops at some of the most representative factories in the area.
