This summer, due to the health crisis, camper van, caravan and motorhome trips are becoming one of the preferred options for travelling. But how do you know, for example, if it is allowed to spend the night in the area you are in... or if the parking lot you just found is prone to theft ? All those tips and tricks that only other drivers really know – and that can change very easily – are what you will find in the MocMoc Life social network.
You can upload photos to the app just as you would on Instagram, but what is really valued is useful content. So much so that MocMoc Life does not work with money; its premium features are activated by paying mochis, a virtual currency earned through collaborations and ratings of locations, as well as uploading new posts and locations. Also you earn mochis for every like you receive -in the app they are called 'Moc Moc'. "The more Moc Moc you receive, the more mochis you will have and you can use MocMoc Life for free for life (...) It is a way for the MocMocker community to grow and for all of us to add value", explain its creators. Until August 1, in addition, They give away 2,000 mochis just for activating your account.
Although MocMoc Life has just started, in its first week of launch in the Android and iPhone stores has exceeded 10,000 downloads , which is reflected in the content already available. You can see service areas near your location, campsites with ratings from other users, with data such as the noise in them, and useful photos.

The app, created by Sico, Andrea and Crash a couple of lovers of this way of life –and their dog!–, currently offers two modes: social mode , to discover like-minded people and places posted by other users, and another called On Route , which is purely functional. In it you will find locations that fit your needs at all times.
However, these will not be the only features of MocMoc Life in the near future. In development are one of purchase/sale of vans and motorhomes and another of original lodgings, so that the app can also serve, in the words of Sico and Andrea, lovers of "alternative tourism".
