Mama Elba, the ice cream parlor with mother's love
Sometimes in the most distant ideas are the solutions. Elba decided to open the ice cream parlor because "why not" , but she would open one that she breathed everywhere, in which everything was taken care of in detail , from the product to decor . “All very mama,” she says with a welcoming smile. An Elba-style crepe

Just one year after opening the first Mama Elba (in Cea Bermudez, 29 ), she now opens this new place, smaller, but with the same philosophy: "All she wanted was to create a nice place, where people can unwind, come and relax," Elba says.
And what better way to relax than with a frozen in the hands or cup of hot chocolate on these unforeseen cold days.

In the other ice cream room she has the organic ice cream that she orders in The Bio-Factory: vegan ice cream (the coconut one is spectacular). All gluten free and even the waffle is gluten free.

WHY GO?
For her ice cream, Sure. Don't be ashamed to try them all, Mama Elba wants you to go with “the ice cream that you really like” . But also because of the biscuits, coffees... In the new place there is nothing more than a small bar and some stools, more than enough to be comfortable for a while . In the Cea Bermúdez store, there are tables to extend the ice cream and leave a little drawing that can later end up on your wall.
