Let's admit it, we are attracted to Lisbon by its decadence. Its faded color facades, those yellow trams that seem about to fall apart with each rattle, the filigree of some chipped tiles... and all this bathed in a warm light and caressed by the breeze from the Tagus.
And yes, it is beautiful and tremendously attractive, but Lisbon is shaking off that aura and, without giving up its essence, it is coming up. Design shops proliferate on its sidewalks, art galleries exultantly open their doors, the gastronomy boom, which never went away, continues to gain strength and, on the heights, the rooftops are filled with life thanks to the terraces that have in common the possibility of putting Lisbon at your feet.
