We know that music is the food of the soul, and that's what we're already served, so it's time for one of the best pleasures in life a leisurely breakfast!
For this we go to ** La Pepa ,** an establishment that has won us over with its philosophy: "There is no love more sincere than the love of the good life, long live La Pepa!" And after seeing his letter we are even more convinced of it. We find a large selection of sweet and savory breakfasts, with their lighter versions for those who do not skip the diet or on breaks, but all healthy, homemade and freshly made.
10:30. We start with one condition: we are going to forget about the clock, the goal is to enjoy the city, without stress, without rushing. We start the walk in the Zocodover Square where we appreciate the Arco de la Sangre, if we go down the street Armas we find "el miradero", the most visited viewpoint in the city located just above the Palacio de Congresos El Greco and if we go up the Hill of Carlos V We will walk next to the Alcázar, current Army Museum and City Library. At the end of the Capuchin Hill we will find another of the best known views where we will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Los Cigarrales, typical Toledan farms. A breath? 12:30. Santo Tomé is one of the main axes of the Jewish quarter, we cannot forget that Toledo is the city of the three cultures and that is etched in each of its corners. In addition, this neighborhood is characterized by the presence of a very unique neighbor, Domenico Theotokópoulus, better known as El Greco . 3:00 p.m. It can be said that the morning has been frenetic, it is not for less, we have traveled a large part of the historic center of Toledo, and now we deserve a very special plan, what do you think of a relaxing time in the Medina Mudéjar Arab baths? The answer is more than obvious: perfect!

11:30 p.m. After dinner, we headed to one of the most fashionable joints in the town. Its name is Ágapo, it is a very cozy place and the decoration has a very fun point with industrial touches. People have their first drinks on the street and inside we can listen to a luxurious soundtrack orchestrated by the local DJ. The music is good, the drinks menu is acceptable and the atmosphere is unbeatable. A key meeting point of the Toledo night where the party begins to take shape.
00:00. Are you wanting more? With the arrival of the naughty hour we go to the place par excellence of the Toledo night. The Pícaro room awaits us to end the day. It is famous for its live performances (early at night) and for its DJ sessions. Last day to enjoy Toledo and despite everything we have been through, there is always a desire for more. **We are going to have breakfast at Nuevo Almacén**, a place located very close to Plaza de Zocodover where we find a great selection of breakfasts **(sweet and savory)**. It is a different, cosmopolitan and avant-garde place, with very careful cuisine at an affordable price. It is also a very good option to eat, do not miss the confit duck roll with red and white cabbage and Thai sauce.
12:00. Today we escape from the labyrinthine streets of Toledo, at least for a while. We cannot leave the city without walking along the Ecological Path , a path that follows the course of the Tagus River as it passes through the city. It is located a few minutes from the historic center and consists of several kilometers, being able to access it from various points. It is a very pleasant experience and it is the perfect setting for a pure and total disconnection. in full contact with nature.
1:30 p.m. Midday arrives and we deserve to put the finishing touch to the getaway. We are looking for a place where the essence of Toledo is the key and thus turn the farewell into a very special moment. That place is called Bar Ludena , and it is one of the favorite places for people from Toledo to have tapas. Its star dish is the carcamusas and the potato omelette in sauce , all washed down with a cold bottle of beer.
And we come to the end of this route. If we make a brief summary we can say that we have enjoyed the city touring its streets, visiting its most touristic areas, discovering new corners, we have tried its most typical gastronomy and we have fallen in love with the new trends that are opening up a gap between the wall.
Toledo is much more and the most eclectic and modern movement begins to gain weight in the historic center with its new premises full of fusion and innovation . Now it's time for a quiet walk back to the hotel where each of the moments we've lived in its streets are recorded on fire. We still have many corners to discover in Toledo, a compelling reason to start thinking about the next getaway right?
