We know many things about Europe: which are the most accessible cities, the most expensive or economical cities and even the most sustainable... but which are the cities with the most beautiful houses?
pinterest , the most inspirational social network, can be the perfect guide to finding these cities and many others, which is why the company Uswitch scoured its boards to find the most sought-after houses: from a cute apartment in Paris to a villa in Greece.
To conduct the search (which was done last August), Uswitch.com used multiple online sources to create a list with the 40 "most beautiful" European cities . It then searched for boards titled "[city] home" to make sure they didn't include any irrelevant boards. Once this was done, they used a tool to count the number of boards per city. And so they found these results!

Would you be surprised if we told you that Paris tops the list? Surely, if you have traveled to the city of the Seine, you will have already realized that its houses are from a magazine and from a series -there is nothing like seeing how a small apartment can give so much play in Emily in Paris-. Paris is the first city in the top 10 with 955 boards and 47,882 pins dedicated to their homes.
Berlin is in second place accumulating 256 boards and 17,825 pins. Described as a laid-back version of London, the historic city is famous for its eclectic style: its houses vary depending on which neighborhood you find yourself in.
In third place, the city Amsterdam appears. We have no doubt why: famous for its canal houses and charming buildings with colorful facades , also has a modern avant-garde architecture. The contemporary style of the city has appeared on 180 boards and 9,677 pins.
Athens inspires Pinterest followers with its picturesque houses, specifically a total of 177 boards and 13,607 pins have been found. Venice follows, with 158 boards and 8,748 individual pins.
Barcelona and Rome are in sixth and seventh place, respectively. Although houses in Rome have more individual pins (8,680 versus 6,004), more boards have been created that collect images of houses in Barcelona (158 vs. 135).

In eighth place is Dublin, the capital of Ireland. The city, known for its relaxed atmosphere, appears on 105 boards and 5,589 pins.
In penultimate place are Edinburgh and Florence, with 69 boards created. Edinburgh and its gothic style has been saved 3,173 times. While Florence accumulates 2,100 pins.
Completing the top 10 is Vienna, with 59 boards dedicated to images of houses in the Austrian capital. Images focusing on the classic Viennese style of high ceilings and aged walls have been pinned 2,716 times on the platform.
