HEIDI HORTEN COLLECTION
A new museum has opened its doors. Of a private nature, the collection of the Viennese Heidi Goëss-Horten is an interesting collection of more than 500 works of modern and contemporary art among which you will find BasquiatAndy Warhol or Dan Flavin.

THE LEO GRAND

SCHUBERT RESTAURANT
We start with the restaurants in this Vienna full of novelties. And we do it with Sasha Hoffman , responsible for Schubert (Schreyvogelgasse 4/6), a timeless oasis waiting by the old city wall, in the vaults of a historic eighteenth-century residential courtyard.
The pandemic delayed the triumph of this new space where the chef not only takes care of the stove , but from the kitchenware itself (because he is a potter ). occupying a old pizzeria , as the original oven still reminds, Hoffmann's kitchen turns the Viennese classics into a modern experience and respectful of seasonal produce.
In fact, here they only use hand-selected ingredients from regional crops. Your vegetables, delicious . They are equally affectionate and precise when it comes to selecting their wines and the ingredients of their homemade lemonades.
WILDLING
Conscious consumption and waste 0 they are the pillars of the new Wildling restaurant (Laudongasse 8). Stefan Stefanescu, Manuel Künz and Wernher Schörkmayr have taken over an old pub to convert it into a restaurant that avoid flavor enhancers, preservatives and artificial colors.
