Walk of Shame is the name of gringo's brunch , although here they not only specialize in entertaining the weekends , they also do it throughout the week with a letter where you will find street food inspired by California, San Diego and Los Angeles , because the roots of Gringa cross the pond and come from Uruguay, Colombia and California.
The idea has taken three years to materialize because they had to find the perfect place in Barcelona that "breathed that Californian atmosphere," Gastón explains to Traveler.es. They finally found one Leialtat Street with high ceilings and lots of light to harmonize music and gastronomy.

His story is linked to that of Spring Sound and to the food truck, because before Gringa they were Eureka Street Food , one of the food trucks that was never lacking in the city's festivals. Now they and OpenMusic, which had been organizing concerts for years in unexpected places such as laundromats, second-hand clothing stores and bookstores, have joined forces to create this new restaurant.
A space where people can get together after going to a concert , in fact right next to it is the freedom room, and listen to the rhythms of hip hop, Latin sounds, cumbia, and underground music, while eating one of the surprises on the Gringa menu, where "you won't find the classic brunch, no benedicts or fried green tomatoes ”, points out Gastón, one of the owners.
