In its cultural program, the Royal Botanical Garden, in collaboration with La Fábrica, will offer concerts starring the Bankia Symphony Orchestra in some of its most idyllic settings.

These musical rides will start on Friday, July 3 , at night, and thereafter, will be held every Friday in July, August and September . The spectators will be protagonists in addition to a journey through time, exploring several centuries of music history.

THE PROGRAM

Step by step, listeners will embark on a journey that runs through La Rosaleda, the Glorieta de los Plátanos and the Glorieta de los Castaños . There, they will witness a cello soloist, a flute and viola duo and a string quartet who will act as a guide for this musical journey.

Through the notes the Symphony Orchestra will recover the history of music going back centuries and rescuing the spirit of artists such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Camille Saint-Saëns, Franz Anton Hoffmeister, François Devienne or Carlos Gardel.

The rides will take place in small groups of 35 people, and will be about 50 minutes . Each of the musical performances it will last 10 minutes , and the shows Ticket required, priced at €10 . Music, history and paradise... Fridays just got interesting!
