They didn't know where to find good bread, good buns, good cakes and although they had never had any relationship with the hotel industry, they decided to set up ** Sana Locura ,** a bakery and pastry shop that adapts traditional recipes with ingredients suitable for celiac patients.

Experienced bakers who have researched and still do in ingredients and recipes who manage to create classic cakes and pastries that are appealing to everyone, but without gluten . A simple look at their display case shows that they have succeeded: chocolate palm trees, loaf bread, tea cakes, cakes... In addition, 95% of their products do not contain lactose either.
