WITH HEIGHT. Today, May 5, we have an appointment with a view, specifically on the terrace of the seventh floor of Four Seasons Madrid . The person in charge of quoting us is Danny Garcia and the theme is as promising as its name announces: Tuna, Caviar and Champagne “Madrid Edition” . The chef celebrates his first tuna ronqueo in the capital, a term attributed to the sound of cutting it.
Every spring, this species moves from the North Atlantic to the Mediterranean, making it a very special time to consume it. They will accompany us there the cocktails of the Head Bartender Raúl Navarro , but in addition, the chef has prepared a special menu that will remain until May 8 and can be savored when the ronqueo is finished.

CULTURAL GASTRONOMY. Culture and gastronomy are two of our passions, and therefore, also one of our favorite plans. Both have come together in the second edition of L’Archeotape, a project by Menja't Montjuïc and the Museu d'Arqueologia de Catalunya. The event, held in the neighborhood of Poble-sec, invites us to eat a lot and delight ourselves with a bit of history.
There are 20 restaurants participating in the reinterpretation of covers based on the exhibition shipwrecked Submerged History . The starting gun was given on April 29, but we have until May 22 for our gastronomic tour.

INDUSTRIALLY ARTISTIC. Art has the power to create beauty even where we think there is none. That's what it goes to show the festival NYS Polygon Arts , an event that turns industrial estates into a blank canvas. From May 6 to June 5, the polygons of Castellbisbal join contemporary culture , with the participation of 14 companies and more than 32 artists exhibiting their work throughout the month.
The starting gun will be The exhibition Climb. A case study of photographic avant-gardes , a sample of vintage photographic series of the artistic avant-gardes of the 20th century. The festival will continue with various interventions by artists such as Sylvie Bussieres , the illustrator Anna Mimo or the visual artist Xevi Bayonne , among many others. This month, the polygons are no longer industrial to become works of art.
