The City Council has announced this week the first step to protect some of the most emblematic wineries in the city Y preserve its essence, identity Y ties to the neighborhood . "For a year, the licenses and work permits for 31 bars and wineries are suspended so that they cannot be modified while they are being studied to include them in the protection catalog of emblematic establishments," they underline from the City Council website.

The first selection of wineries to be evaluated includes 31 establishments chosen in the territory and divided into eight districts of the city. They are the following:
- From Ciutat Vella will be protected: Bodega Montse, Bar del Toro, Bodega de la Masia, Bodega Sergio, El Moll del Rebaix, Bodega Fermín and Bar Leo.
- From L'Eixample: Bodega Vendrell, Bar Gelida, Bodega Gol and Celler Miquel.

- Of grace: Bodega Marín, Bodega Iturre, La Vermuteria del Tano, Bodega Cal Pep, Bodega Casas, Bodega Costa Brava, Bodega Manolo, Bodega Quimet and Can Ros.
- From Horta-Guinardó: Bodega Massana and Bodega Lepanto Bar.
- From New Barris: Edward Winery.
- From Sant Andreu: Luis Winery.
- From Sant Marti: Bodega Carol, Bodega Sopena and Bodega J. Cala.
